The day started backwards with P90 in the dark.
It was particularly hard to get moving and I was slow and stiff but I got it done.
It was raining on and off so it was probably better that I didn’t run this morning. Also my feet hurt quite a bit and it was good to have some extra time to put them in the cold water.
Still feeling usually have 5 or 6k steps by the time I get to work and I only had a few hundred. I felt behind.
The evening run with my girl was a blast.
She told me all about drama in her school (a 6th grader stabbed one of her friends little sisters with a pencil and a teacher was unfair about an assignment).
We walked and jogged together at a comfortable pace 6 times along a side street with good shade
We both used our watches and after we were done we went to get her a treat.
It was beastly hot and I got a bit of a headache and was proud for remembering an electrolyte boosting date with sea salt
My foot hurt but I soaked it when o got home
and that was helpful.
She had fun and it was so nice to be with her and moving.
I read fried foods until o got to tempura. I think I’ll try that soon.
Today I drank a coffee and about 80 oz of water. It was hot.
I ended up going to bed early from tiredness and a slight headache
