Day 4

 

This morning I left the house before the sun was up. It was warmer and about halfway I took off my hoodie and marched along in a tee shirt. 
That was nice. 


My legs felt better and my feet felt worse. 
I wish that I’d had time to soak my feet in ice water. They hurt all day. 
So much did they hurt that instead of my normal walks I went outside and just sat. 
My evening work outs were 1- the pool and 2- Pilates. 
The pool helped so much!
I need to soak my feet in the ice water in the morning. 
I swam laps and then did foot stretches in the hot tub. 
Woo the water stuff. 



Then I went home and made enchiladas for Cinco de Mayo and wrapped up the workouts with the Pilates. 
The Pilates tried to kill me again. 


Then I read more about eggs for 10 pages. 
I’m using the Pilates to address weak muscle groups. 
They are so weak!

I drank so much today! 72 oz of water plus a coffee and a green tea and a kombucha.

I had to stop in between dropping my daughter off and getting to work just to go to the bathroom.

I absolutely couldn’t have made it to work otherwise.
