Day Three



 

Happy May the 4th!

This morning was harder for sure. I got up earlier and the schedule was tighter for time. 
There was a bright full moon behind me and an orangey pink sunrise in-front of me. 


By the time it was full light I was halfway done. 
I feel a little nervous out alone on the trails but I’m trying not to let that keep me from going where I want to go. 


I had a look at the trail map and hiked over hill and dale. 


I finished my first bottle (24 oz) of water on the hike. I was slower and more tired and I’m not sure how much of that was getting up early and how much was muscle tiredness from increased activity. 
I got my selfie and shower and work and school drop offs on time. 
It was a busy day and I was hoping to go to see Star Wars at my club so I did the Pilates immediately upon returning home. 
I had a mild headache starting around mid day. 
I took some ibuprofen (rare for this level of headache). and was fine till working out again. 
Then my head went off again from the effort.  
So I stayed home and watch d 4K77 in a Jedi robe and rested. 

Water: 62 oz

Reading:14 pages of The Food Lab. I know so much about eggs now.

I’m not mentioning and I probably won’t mention the food or alcohol stuff.

I don’t drink alcohol.

I started my diet for the year in January and am continuing it throughout 75 hard. I will not be having any added sugars or desserts this year.I am not struggling significantly with that so I don’t mean to mention it much.

I am happy to haven finished the 2nd workout of the day so early.

It made the evening much more comfortable.
