This morning I got up much earlier than I wanted to because we were driving down to North Carolina and I wanted to get my run in before we left.
I started week 5 again but this time had charged headphones for the walk run prompts.
As it was early I tried out another path combination in search of a shade filled 3.1 miles (5k).
It got it nearly perfect but the extra time and effort wiped me out!
As soon as I got home I got cleaned up and packed up up and got to the car ready to go.
We drove for many hours and got there around lunch time
Spent lots of family time.
Got back to our hotel around 9:20.
I went to the hotel gym and rode the bike then back to the room for reading and Scotland v Haiti.
I drank a good bit but had a hard time tracking it
I had something like 68-72 oz.
