I got out sooo late today. It’s a proof of concept that my original plan of making sure to get one workout done early was the best plan.
It was hot and there were so many people out.
I saw the farmer who bales the straw, in fact I followed him through the field gate.
I passed maybe 8 mountain bikers from little kids to grandparents.
I saw some people working on trail maintenance.
I missed the quiet and the cool.
I will endeavor to get my walk in early henceforth.
We had a good weekend day. We got CSA veggies and eggs, I took my kids and a friend of theirs to Hmart, I cooked, and I took my husband out on a pizza date.
There is no P90 for Sunday. It’s supposed to be a rest day.
I don’t think 75 something is compatible with rest days but I built some in anyway. Today I walked and did Pilates. My hamstring was super tight and the Pilates helped a lot.
Good timing there.
I drank about 80 oz of water (plus a tea and a coffee) and got into the frying section of the Food Lab. I think I may finish it this week.
